Imagination is at the centre of everything at Factory 311, from the way we interact to the work that we produce - this is what attracted me to the compay.

As well as getting to work alongside some big artists I get to work creatively to make things happen, it's what i love to do .

I'm liking what's happening here it's new and fresh but I'm really excited about where we're going to take it.
